It is an inevitable part of the human experience to
find oneself confronted with discomfort or dis-ease
physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. With the application of yoga therapy techniques such as breath work, meditation, relaxation, and accessible movement accompanied by wellness counseling, energy therapy, and sound, we are reacquainted with the many layers of ourselves. We are invited to acknowledge and tend to our person as a whole with conscious self-awareness and compassion – to manage, reduce and or alleviate pain and discomfort.
