Over ten years of devoted practice, professional training, and formal education have taught me to hold space for my Self. Continued self-study, leaning in to the unknown, sitting intimately with my own pain, and accepting my lived experience, though, have prepared me to hold space for you.

By embracing the cyclical nature of life, appreciating reciprocity, and honoring right relationship,

Ever Be, came to light.

Ever be curious, ever be present, ever be...

Such complementary modalities offered here promote well-being through practiced awareness, observation, reflection, and integration should you choose to lean in and participate in self-inquiry. To 'Ever Be' is a living process inviting you to know, accept, shed, and embrace; to show up for yourself wholly, with humility and humanity, to heal.

With the utmost gratitude for my teachers in this lifetime, the work is unending, and beautifully, ever evolving.
